New Company Directors Information

Welcome to the board of All Voice Limited

At present the company has three directors:

• Founder
  In the event that Iain leaves the company, this will revert to being a more standard Chief Executive.
• Treasurer
  Knows the financial status of the company so is a good person to have on the board, particularly since it is the duty of the company directors to send in out tax returns.
• Executive committee representative
  This person will already have been elected to their position by the singers (unless they are musical director) so have a mandate for helping to run the company.

The board must have at least one meeting a year, and aims to invite the chair of any chorus within or affiliated to the company.

None of the company directors should be trustees of a Friends charity for a member chorus.
